In which situations should the product not be used or you should ask a health professional?

  • Do not use in patients known to be allergic to plant extracts, particularly plants belonging to the Primulaceae family.
  • Do not use in patients who are prone to nosebleeds.
  • Do not use in children aged under 5.
  • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Ask the doctor or chemist if the patient is taking other medicines, the patient has injuries or wounds affecting the nose or nasal mucosa, or if no improvement in the symptoms is seen after the recommended one-week treatment period.

Handling and storage

Once reconstituted, the product should be kept in the refrigerator for no longer than 16 days. Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth.
